Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT)

AIT is a gentle yet powerful approach that helps release trauma, negative beliefs, and emotional blockages at their root.

 

 

Advanced Integrative Therapy (AIT) integrates elements of psychology, energy healing, and somatic awareness to clear stored emotional wounds from the body’s energy system.

Parts Work

I incorporate parts work and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches into my work to help you to understand and heal the different aspects of yourself. 

We all have inner “parts” — wounded, protective, and resilient — that shape our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. This approach helps you to build a compassionate relationship with these parts, so you can heal and move from inner conflict to more inner harmony.

 

By accessing your core Self — a wise, calm, and compassionate center — you can heal past wounds, transform limiting patterns, and cultivate greater self-acceptance and peace.   

Reiki

Reiki is a holistic energy-based practice that helps balance the nervous system, release stored tension, and promote deep relaxation.

I offer Reiki as an optional, gentle healing modality to support emotional well-being and stress relief. 

 

For clients who are navigating trauma or emotional overwhelm, Reiki can be a powerful tool to support healing in a non-verbal, body-centered way. It works with the body’s energy system to promote a sense of calm, safety, and inner balance.
